Clare Rucastle

Instructor

Born and raised in Lancaster, Clare developed a love of dance at an early age. At 11 years she went to train professionally at the Hammond Ballet School, Chester and then went on to complete her training at The Northern Ballet School, Manchester.

Following her graduation, Clare moved into a very prolific performing career, travelling the world with Princess Cruise Lines and spending over a year in Japan at Tokyo Disneyland.

Leaving Asia behind, she returned to England to dance in London on the West End stage in Fame The Musical.

After finishing her run in London, Clare decided it was time to return to the North and began training at The Barre to help keep her dancer form and rehabilitate injuries that had accummulated over her career.

In 2010 she began the journey to becoming a Barre Instructor. Upon completing the rigorous Barre Instructor training program, 6 months later, she joined the Barre family and has become a formidible member of the team and a valued instructor.
