Louise Needham

Instructor

Louise studied dance at Laine Theatre Arts in Epson Surrey, and after graduating began a prolific career as a commercial dancer. During her career she performed in countless productions including live Disney premiers in Madrid and Rome. Louise also performed as a backing dancer for The Backstreet Boys on their UK arena tour. In 1998 she began performing for Carnival Cruise Lines throughout the Caribbean.

After Louise decided to retire from dancing she returned to the Northeast of England. It was here that she found The Barre. As the mother of 3 it was the perfect place for her to get back into “dancer” shape. She was immediately hooked on the regime and its effectiveness.

After only a few months of classes she decided that she would very much like to teach Barre. She started her instructor training and 6 months later become a full-fledged Barre Instructor!
